In short: this website does not store your details. When you enquire, you send your details to us yourself, on WhatsApp or by email, and we use them only to plan your catering and reply to you.
Who we are

What we receive
When you fill in the enquiry form, nothing is sent to us or saved by the website. The form only prepares a message, which you then choose to send on WhatsApp or by email. We receive what that message contains:
- your name and email address
- your phone number, if you add it
- your event type, guest numbers and date
- anything you write in the message, such as your venue or dietary needs
If you message or call us directly, we receive your phone number or email address and what you tell us.
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and prepare a menu and quote
- to plan, deliver and serve your event if you book with us
- to keep basic records of bookings and payments
We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for advertising. We will only send you news or offers if you ask us to.
WhatsApp and email
Messages you send us on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta), and emails by your email provider and ours (Google Gmail), under their own privacy policies.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts and images are served from the website itself, so loading the page does not send your details to other companies. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and the time of a visit, for security.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages for as long as we need them to answer you and run your event, and booking records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Message us on WhatsApp or email us using the contact details above, and we will reply as soon as we can.
Changes
If we change how we use your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
